More About Our Church

Who are we?

The Lincoln Heights Church was started in 1965, meeting in the Lincoln Heights Public School.  Within a few years, the church building was constructed on our current site.  Having experienced some significant transitions in recent years, the church “rebooted” in the Spring of 2011 with a desire and plan to refocus its ministry and direction.  Though we are currently a small church, we are taking advantage of our size to focus on relationships, seeking God, and investing in people, with a firm belief that God has plans to work through us to demonstrate His love to our community.

Who are we connected to?

We are a member church of the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada, a vibrant network of congregations who love Jesus and desire to share His life-changing message with people across Canada.  To find out more about what we believe and the things we do as a National Church, visit www.emcc.ca.

Where do we meet?

Our church building is located at 289 Lincoln Road, Waterloo, Ontario – right behind the Glenridge Plaza on University Avenue, just west of the Conestoga Parkway.

How do you get involved?

We invite you to join us for Worship on Sunday mornings at 10 AM, to meet us and to experience who we are as a congregation.  As a small church, you will not be new for long, and you will find that there are many opportunities for you to get actively involved in the life and ministry of our church.
